Hands-On, Personalized Training
As with all Professional Culinary Institute™ programs, this is a hands-on program with practical applications in the areas of culinary skills, wine and beverage service, and hotel and dining room management. We combine this hands-on training with the most up-to-the-minute technologies in hospitality education. With a maximum of 22 students per classroom, you will have a chance to personally connect with your instructors as you progress through your hospitality training.
Our Hotel and Restaurant Management Program was designed to train students to successfully enter the field of hospitality management. The Associate of Occupational Science (AOS) degree program in Hotel and Restaurant Management consists of a combination of lecture and hands-on, practical lab instruction. Curriculum includes introductory and advanced courses in all aspects of management for the hospitality and culinary industries, including:

- Casino and gaming operations
- Culinary skills
- Dining room management
- Event planning and management
- Facilities design
- Hospitality and tourism marketing
- Hospitality law
- Hospitality technology
- Human resource management
- Lodging management
- Wine and beverage management
Your final project will be to create a complete business plan for your own hotel, restaurant, or other hospitality business of your choice, which you'll then present to potential employers at our job fair. Graduates of the program will be well prepared for entry-level positions in hospitality or restaurant management.
