How to get started?

Step 1: Fill out the form to the right to receive the Rules & Regulations for the

5th Annual High School Scholarship Competition.

Step 2: Schedule an appointment for an in-house interview or phone interview with Royce Dove via email rdove@pcichef.com or via phone 408-370-5504.

Step 3: Submit your Scholarship Application Packet as per Rules & Regulations. All packets must be received no later than March 12th, 2010.

We will select finalist from the Scholarship Application Packets and invite them to the Professional Culinary Institute where they will compete in the hands-on

section of the competition and will be given 1 hour to make the recipe on

April 17th, 2010

	The Professional Culinary Institute salutes alumni Lindsey Clemage from our class of 2009. Lindsey came to us from Olathe North High School in Olathe Kansas on a partial scholarship. She graduated PCI with honors and won a gold medal with the Professional Culinary Institute's student Hot Food Team at the 2009 ACF Western Regional Competition. Lindsey received a placement for her externship at the prestigious French Laundry. And she is now working in Chicago at the world famous Charlie Trotter's! Great job Lindsey! We are very proud of you.
