Private & Corporate Events PRICING The cost depends on the event deatils. The price is usually around $100 plus a 20% taxable gratuity and tax. The price does include wine and beer. We offer groups an AM start and they prepare lunch. We can start in the early afternoon and have an early dinner or the group can begin after work. We are very flexible at PCI and can customize any event to fit your needs!
TEAM BUILDING THEMES CHOOSE FROM OUR CLASSIC THEMES! COOKING CLASS The group will work together to prepare a wonderful three course meal learning specific techniques, cooking secrets. Our chef instructors and assistants will guide the group along the way; all before sitting down to enjoy the fruits of the groups labor. A perfect way for team members to share a common experience, learn basic cooking techniques, have fun, and build camaraderie all at once. BAKESHOP This is the ideal teambuilding activity for the group with a sweet tooth! Choose amongst three challenges in the bakeshop. Option 1: Bakeshop Variety: Teams will work with Focaccia Bread, Cookies, and Fruit Tarts Option 2: Cookie Cook-Off: Scoop it! Shape it! Form it! and Decorate it! May the best taste and presentation win! Option 3: Ace of Cakes: As the name might imply, this is all about cake decorating! IRON CHEF Let’s get ready to rumble…similar to the PCI Cooking Class Teambuilding, but with an “Iron Chef” twist. The group will be divided in to smaller teams, and each team would have a kitchen set up with themed ingredients such as Asian, Mediterranean, Latin, American, and much more! It is up to the teams to decide the best way to utilize the ingredients and prepare at least two dishes to share with the entire group. Our Chef Instructors will guide and help when needed. WINERY COMPETITION The group will be split into teams of 5-8 people and each team will then compete as a new winery in three different categories. 1) To blend three wine varietals together to create the best blend 2) To create a label for the bottle 3) To develop and act out a 30 second commercial to promote their new product. It might have something to do with the wine tasting, or the creative expression, but every group is usually on the floor laughing by the end of the event. This event promotes communication, cohesiveness, leadership, delegation, and most of all FUN along with education from one of our Certified Sommeliers on staff. We will also enjoy a Italian buffet dinner.
AND WE NOW OFFER 7 NEW THEMES! SMOKIN' SUMMER BBQ It’s BBQ time! The group will learn proper grilling technique for meats and seafood, vegetables and experience different marinades, rubs and basic brining. We won’t forget the sauces and salsas! THE ULTIMATE PIZZA PARTY We will produce classic thick and thin crust pizzas. Toppings from traditional to funky, breadsticks and more. We will prepare an amazing portable feast! Whether it's a camp site, your cottage, the beach, or your backyard... Picnicking is the perfect excuse for relaxing some of the rules and making the occasion fun and relaxing. Have some great do ahead small plates, then enjoy with seasonal favorite like Panzanella, grilled Vegetables, Mediterranean Orzo Salad, Beef and Shrimp on a stick. GRILLING AROUND THE GLOBE Explore the greatest summertime techniques while learning about cuisines of the world. Have fun around the grill and travel to far away destinations through their foods. Lamb Kabobs from Greece, Satay from Southeast Asia, Mongolian Grill, Texas BBQ and more. SUMMER DESSERT Your group will make the British Trifle, a modern take on peach cobbler, Tarte aux Fraise (Strawberry Tart), Cherry Clofoutis and you will learn the art of flambé with the famous dessert, Cherries Jubilee SMALL PLATES Here’s a new take on Team Building, after a long day of meetings let’s get the team together and produce an eclectic variety of small plates (appetizers) and share some commradery, good eats and an assortment of beer and wines. STREET FOODS OF THE WORLD Exciting!! Bahn mi a Vietnamese sandwich of grilled pork and pickled vegetables, Falafel from the Middle East, Pad Thai from Thailand, Crepes from France, Fish tacos from Mexico all prepared by your team to enjoy with regional beverages. Yum!!
